Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • 5+ years' experience in retail, planning and/or product management.
  • People & team management experience preferred.
  • Strong ability to influence & work constructively with others.
  • Outstanding written/verbal communication and analytical capabilities.
  • Ability to collate and understand relevant channel and market data.
  • Strong command of Retail metrics including Retail Sales, ST%, WOS, Inventory, Revenue and Margin.
  • In-depth knowledge of consumers, competitors, and retail trends.
  • Ability to resolve conflict and manage multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated experience influencing people and teams.
  • Advanced capabilities in Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of sports apparel and footwear market preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead multi-season sales, receipt, and inventory plans to serve consumer demand.
  • Build hypotheses and data-driven analysis, translating insights into action through problem-solving.
  • Drive onboarding, training, and provide regular collaborative feedback for direct reports.
  • Involved in strategic projects and business process improvements.
  • Forecast consumer demand, plan optimal supply, and meet financial expectations.
  • Set tops-down plans for key business dimensions across Gross-to-Net and Stock & Sales.
  • Ensure operating plans and assortment plans drive sustainable growth.
  • Foster collaboration among business planning and assortment planning.
  • Present key themes and stories to drive business forward.
  • Provide leadership communication relevant to the team's areas of business.
