About The Position
The Senior Manager, IT & WMS will be the key leader responsible for driving the strategic implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement of Korber's WMS solutions and IT infrastructure. This role is uniquely designed for a candidate with deep IT expertise and a strong background in warehouse management systems—preferably with direct experience in Korber's own technology stack—as well as comprehensive knowledge of other supply chain applications such as LMS, YMS, and more. You will lead cross-functional teams to execute our program management plan, ensuring robust IT solutions that support and enhance our supply chain operations. This role demands a forward-thinking leader who not only sets the strategic vision but also has the ability to dive into the details when needed—establishing standards, guiding the team through complex challenges, and resolving issues effectively to drive operational excellence.
