About The Position
As an IT Operations and Services Sr Manager at Dollar General, you will manage the products and services of the business and will be responsible for acquiring and maintaining IT assets, forecasting demand and cost, and managing vendor relationships. Your role will involve defining and maintaining a catalog of services and operational scope of IT Operations and Services with a focus on a superior end-user experience. You will identify, acquire, and maintain the necessary assets and capabilities while forecasting demand and capacity requirements of IT assets. Additionally, you will create roadmaps and marketing strategies for new services and improvements to existing services, manage team members conducting operation activities, and analyze incident patterns to engage in formal Problem Management practices.
