The Senior Manager, IT Business Relationships (Commercial) serves as a strategic partner and primary liaison between the Commercial organization and IT. This role ensures that business needs, project requests, and transformation initiatives are aligned to enterprise goals and that technology solutions deliver measurable value. The Senior Manager builds and maintains strong relationships with senior business leaders, enabling clear communication, proactive demand shaping, and strategic technology planning across Commercial functions. Operating with broad influence across both business and IT, the Senior Manager provides leadership in prioritizing initiatives, clarifying requirements, and guiding stakeholders through solution options. The role is accountable for driving alignment, ensuring successful execution of Commercial-focused IT initiatives, and promoting adoption of new capabilities. While the position does not have direct reports, it provides indirect leadership to cross-functional teams, project resources, and external partners to ensure outcomes meet business expectations.
