Interface with the regional and global IT teams and champion digital strategy that is aligned with business strategy, to ensure that the digital roadmap and associated IT product and project portfolio maximizes investment and value realization. Work on stimulating, surfacing, and shaping demand for digital capabilities and assets, and ensuring that the potential business value from those capabilities and assets are captured, optimized, and recognized. Act as a technology advisor and thought leader to the Digital Commerce, Marketing, and Sales functions to identify and drive digital innovation-based solutions. Telework available up to one day per week.

Requirements

  • Job requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field plus 8 years of experience in the job offered or in a management information systems, IT product management, digital marketing or closely related role.
  • 6 years of experience in Marketing, eCommerce, and Digital;
  • 5 years of experience in working with Global and Regional teams;
  • 5 years of experience in P&L ownership;
  • 3 years of experience in leading the creation and management of Digital and IT products and solutions in the areas of Direct-to-Consumer, Digital Commerce, Marketing, and Sales;
  • 3 years of experience in developing and executing digital strategies;
  • 1 year of experience working in holistic digital ecosystem development.

Responsibilities
