About The Position

Edged US is a fast-growing provider of sustainable data centers and energy infrastructure. The company builds and operates a global network of ultra-efficient, AI-ready data centers with waterless cooling for colocation, hyperscale and build-to-suit customers. The highly differentiated infrastructure platform is the first large-scale, global deployment of waterless cooling platform-wide and transforms data center growth into a catalyst for sustainable development. Edged US is backed by a deep proprietary technology stack that will include renewable microgrid systems, ultra-clean generators, and waste-to-fuel solutions. The platform is designed for rapid deployment with more than a dozen new data centers operating or under construction across Europe and North America and a gigawatt-scale project pipeline. The North American division of Edged is a joint venture between one of the largest private multinational corporations in the world and an affiliate of Endeavour. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field
7–10 years of progressive experience in investments, corporate development, or infrastructure finance with a diverse set of transaction experience across the capital stack
Strong financial modeling, valuation, and quantitative analysis skills
Demonstrated ability to lead due diligence and manage complex transactions end-to-end
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior executives and external partners
High level of initiative, ownership, and attention to detail in a fast-moving environment
Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders to drive processes to completion
Strong ownership over deliverables and adept at pushing through unexpected challenges
Advanced proficiency in Excel and excellent presentation skills
Self-starter, organized, and attentive to details
Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.

Responsibilities

Serve as a key leader on the Edged corporate development team, working across the company's capital formation, underwriting, and strategy functions, while interfacing with all other functions of the company
Underwrite new campus-scale developments, requiring deep understanding of the intersection of real estate, technology, power, and energy
Shape company capital structure roadmap and strategy, executing on numerous debt and equity capital raises to fund Edged’s rapid growth and be at the forefront of the creation of the next generation of sustainable AI and cloud infrastructure in the U.S.
Monitor industry trends, capital market conditions, and competitor activities within the digital infrastructure and data center space
Develop and maintain market intelligence tools to assess opportunities across regions and technologies
Support capital deployment planning and performance tracking for existing investments
Partner with finance, development, operations, and sales teams to assess financial and operational feasibility of projects
Work closely with legal, accounting, and external advisors to ensure efficient transaction execution
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve forecasting, risk assessment, and return analysis processes
