About The Position
RingCentral is looking for a Senior Manager, International Tax to join our team. This position will report to the Senior Director of Global Tax Operations. The role involves reviewing US International tax return filings, assisting in the preparation and review of the tax accounting provision process for international operations, and preparing international components of the quarterly and annual income tax provision. The successful candidate will oversee outsourced foreign income tax filings and audits, coordinate with local teams, and assist customers with various international tax-related matters. Additionally, the role includes leading the development of complex modeling to compute US and foreign tax consequences, advising management on international income tax consequences of legislative developments, and managing documentation to support various tax-related attributes.
