About The Position

In this role, you will be a key member of the international tax team, supporting a broad range of international tax planning, reporting, and compliance initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Director, Global Tax, you will lead the Company’s transfer pricing strategy and oversee the international aspects of tax reporting and compliance. This role operates within a large, complex corporate environment with operations across the Americas, Europe, and Asia. Please note that this role requires on-site presence five days per week, Monday through Friday. Relocation benefits may be available. Requirements

  • 10+ years of corporate international tax experience in a public accounting firm or large multinational corporation with an emphasis on transfer pricing
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong quantitative skills, including expertise in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication skills; flexible and cooperative.
  • Ability to independently work under pressure on multiple tax projects.
  • Experience working within a global, matrixed team environment.

Nice To Haves

  • MS in taxation and/or CPA
  • ASC 740 experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor foreign tax managers on international tax planning, including: Foreign tax credits Foreign subsidiary earnings and profits Intergroup charges Foreign subsidiary cash flows and distributions
  • Provide tax planning opportunities and advice to global business units
  • Lead or support special projects, including intergroup charges, repatriation, mergers, and acquisitions
  • Lead transfer pricing policy decisions & support the operational transfer pricing team with monitoring activities
  • Lead BEPS tracking & reporting globally
  • Identify and promote efficiencies in all areas affecting the preparation and filing of returns, reports, and calculations
  • Maintain the international tax calendar
  • Coordination, implementation, and management of international tax planning activities and risk assessment
  • Other duties as assigned
