We are seeking a Senior Manager of Internal Communications to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing clear, engaging, and impactful communication strategies that connect with our clinicians and business colleagues and help foster a positive, informed workplace culture. You will play a key role in managing sensitive information, supporting change management initiatives, and communicating organizational updates through various internal forums. You will develop and drive communication plans for town halls, pulse checks, colleague surveys, newsletters, our intranet (Vitals), and other key forums. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to write and deliver communications that are aligned with employer value props, enhance clinician and business colleague engagement, and support the overall workplace culture.
