In this role, you'll be a key contributor to the end-to-end knowledge, analysis, and action-driving insights to influence executive leadership, drive a better customer experience and deeper engagement with our customers.

  • Drive ecommerce customer engagement by evaluating new potential innovations from the omni-fulfillment team.
  • Improve ecommerce customer experiences by assessing customer reaction to new features and initiatives.
  • Identify new opportunities and ways to drive online pickup and delivery customer growth by synthesizing data analysis and research
  • Operationalize CX metrics and insights that will improve customer experience for Walmart ecommerce. Communicate effectively to achieve support and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Partner with e-commerce Product, Business and Operations stakeholders to translate challenging business problems into customer learning plans with clear objectives and appropriate methodologies (analytics & research) to drive business impact.
  • Communicate findings and insights effectively to stakeholders in a clear and impactful manner.
  • Analyze data using Hive SQL, Big query, and Google Cloud to generate insights and actions.
  • 5+ years experience in both CX Insights and analytics, preferably with a related college and/or Advanced degree.
  • 4+ years of experience with advanced SQL
  • Experience with primary research - both qualitative and quantitative methods
  • Strong exploratory data analysis skills and ability to make analytical, data driven recommendations.
  • Strong written, presentation and verbal communication.
  • Experience successfully navigating a highly matrixed organization while working closely with teams across segments of the company.
  • Curiosity and seek to understand business problems beyond the task or data
  • Thrive in ambiguity and have demonstrated ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field and 4 years' experience in marketing research, data analytics, consulting, or related field OR 6 years' experience in marketing research, data analytics, consulting, or related field.
  • Insight-Driven Problem Solving: Strong exploratory data analysis and market research skills with a proven ability to translate large, complex datasets into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, to cross-functional audiences and leadership.
  • Agility: Thrive in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities to deliver a point of view with available data while managing multiple projects and tight deadlines.
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Proven ability to inspire, motivate, and align teams across functions, balancing competing priorities while driving success.
  • Storytelling Ability: Leverage compelling data narratives to influence decision-making and drive business action.
  • Technical Acumen: Familiarity with tools such as SQL, Python, and modern analytics/AI technologies to support metric development and deep-dive analysis.
