About The Position
The Senior Inside Sales Manager (OEM) is responsible for leading Inside Sales Managers and partnering with Inside Sales Representatives to provide strategic direction and accountability across the Inside Sales team. This role involves collaboration with branch leadership to drive standardization, identify training opportunities, and achieve sales and margin goals while monitoring Inside Sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
