About The Position

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience in innovation management, product development, or strategic planning roles.
  • Proven track record of leading successful innovation projects that resulted in measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with experience in cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Innovation Management, or a related discipline.
  • Experience working within technology-driven industries or startups.
  • Familiarity with design thinking, agile methodologies, and lean startup principles.

  • Certification in project management or innovation frameworks.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the innovation strategy by researching and analyzing industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to identify new opportunities.
  • Manage and mentor a team of innovation professionals, guiding project execution from ideation through to implementation and evaluation.
  • Collaborate with product development, marketing, and operations teams to integrate innovative solutions into existing business models.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, startups, and technology providers to leverage external expertise and resources.
  • Monitor and report on the progress and impact of innovation projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and key performance indicators.
