About The Position

This role is based at our corporate office in McLean, VA This is your chance to be part of the Strategy & Innovation Delivery team - focused on shaping and delivering Hilton's innovation agenda. As Senior Manager, Innovation Delivery, you will turn strategies into actionable deliverables and create a path for testing and scaling new ideas and processes, efficiencies or branded customer experiences for Hilton. Reporting to the Senior Director, Innovation Delivery, you sit at the intersection of analysis, creative solutioning and practical program delivery. Requirements

  • Five (5) years of work experience in innovation delivery or product/program delivery.
  • Two (2) years of experience managing cross-functional project teams to plan, test and deliver new innovations across the organization.
  • Two (2) years of experience storytelling, creating and delivering presentations to C-Level partners.
  • Experience defining and delivering new concepts and delivery models.
  • Willing to travel up to 10%.

Nice To Haves

  • BA/BS Bachelor's Degre
  • Program management certification or familiarity with methodologies such as Agile, design thinking, or experimentation

Responsibilities

  • Begin with a strategy, define a clear end state and outcomes, develop a practical path to achieving this, and explain your steps in a compelling and easy to understand narrative.
  • Build solid business cases rooted in creative and cross functional problem solving.
  • Oversee the planning, execution and scaling of innovation projects and pilots, ensuring cross-functional alignment, efficient delivery, and successful change management. Track and report out on progress in a disciplined and concise way.
  • Maintain visibility into emerging technologies, trends, and process improvements to ensure Hilton is focused on the most impactful innovations in support of its business goals.
  • Lead the analysis and delivery of new ideas, concepts and delivery models in partnership with leaders across Brands, Commercial, Marketing, Technology and Development.
  • Oversee cross-functional project teams to plan, test and deliver new innovations across the organization.
  • Lead the delivery of innovation projects and pilots that drive strategic growth, efficiency or new capabilities and experiences.
