About The Position
As a Senior Manager in Information Technology focusing on SAP S/4HANA and Ariba at Western Digital, you will play a pivotal role in driving the implementation and support of enterprise applications within the Procure to Pay (P2P) business function. Your primary responsibility will be to own and manage SAP and Oracle Cloud solutions, ensuring they align with business requirements and industry best practices. You will work closely with functional architects and analysts to design and implement ERP solutions that enhance user experience and meet the strategic goals of the organization. In this role, you will determine the optimal approach for developing and delivering required functionalities from financial, architectural, and operational perspectives. You will ensure the integrity of all solutions in the P2P space through rigorous testing and quality assurance practices. Collaborating with senior business leaders, you will facilitate the alignment of business strategy with technology by gaining a deep understanding of the processes and needs of the business. You will host and drive interactive working sessions with business stakeholders to achieve solution alignment, including blue printing, business confirmation, and testing workshops. Additionally, you will assist in prioritizing demand items in the P2P space and will be responsible for developing and mentoring junior team members. Your role will also involve evaluating new technologies, creating user requirement documents, and translating business needs into system dimensions to provide relevant solutions. Identifying opportunities to improve processes and procedures will be a key aspect of your responsibilities.
