Position Overview
Woodmont Properties is seeking an exceptional real estate professional to join our team in Senior Manager, Industrial Leasing & Investments. This is a unique, high-impact role designed for a driven individual who will begin by leading leasing strategy and execution—gaining critical insight into our Florida industrial portfolio and brand—before transitioning to lead all leasing and business development efforts across our Industrial pipeline in Florida.
This role offers significant leadership potential and exposure to both the operational and transactional sides of the business. It is ideal for someone with strong leasing and investment experience who is looking to step into a strategic, cross-functional leadership role within a high-growth organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in real estate, with demonstrated success in leasing and investment/acquisition roles.
• Strong financial acumen and experience with real estate investment analysis.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset—proactive, agile, and eager to lead.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently and on short notice (especially within Florida).
• Bachelor’s degree required

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing strategy and execution for existing and new developments, with a focus on high-priority lease-ups in Florida.
• Serve as Woodmont’s regional partner leading all leasing efforts for our Florida industrial assets.
• Collaborate with internal asset management and third-party leasing teams to drive occupancy and rent growth.
• Analyze and track market comps and performance metrics to inform pricing, positioning, and deal strategy throughout our portfolio.
• Partner with the EVP of Industrial and Director of Industrial Asset Management to identify, evaluate, and pursue new opportunities across the Southeast, including development, acquisition, and value-add properties.
• Play a key role in expanding Woodmont’s Florida industrial platform through new partnerships, acquisitions, and investment opportunities.
• Work with the EVP of Industrial to grow existing capital relationships and form new JV partnerships.
• Attend key industry functions and represent Woodmont across the Florida industrial market, networking with brokers, investors, and potential partners.
• Lead market research, financial underwriting, and investment analysis for potential deals.
• Assist in preparing Investment Committee materials and presentations for new leasing opportunities and investment deals in the Southeast region.
• Manage the LOI process and negotiations with the EVP of Industrial; coordinate market tours and consultants as needed.
• Collaborate with Woodmont’s development, construction, and finance teams to ensure smooth deal execution.
• Build and maintain strong external relationships with brokers, sellers, and other market participants.
