About The Position
The Senior Manager, Indirect Sourcing for Leica Biosystems is responsible for providing leadership and direction for the Indirect Sourcing team, implementing cost-reducing strategies, ensuring compliance with procurement policies, managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and overseeing procurement activities to meet savings targets while supporting the overall strategy of the Global Strategic Sourcing organization.
