About The Position

Position Summary... Leads a team of sales onboarding and incubation managers responsible for driving outreach, engagement, and onboarding for WFS sellers in the SMB seller segmentation. This role accelerates seller adoption, improves funnel velocity, and expands revenue by positioning additional WFS services. The leader partners cross-functionally to remove barriers, optimize onboarding, and build scalable mechanisms that enhance seller experience and early performance. About the Team: The WFS team focuses on acquiring, onboarding, and scaling marketplace sellers to deliver mutual growth for sellers and Walmart. The team partners closely with Marketing, BD, SAMS, Product, Finance, and Analytics to drive funnel efficiency, seller sentiment, and revenue outcomes. This role ensures base sellers successfully adopt WFS and unlock incremental value through additional service offerings. What you'll do... Lead and develop a team of incubation managers driving WFS seller outreach, onboarding, and early performance. Drive accountability across sales activities including call volume, seller acquisition, GMV growth, and funnel velocity. Own cross-functional relationships delivering base sellers into the WFS funnel and remove barriers to adoption. Increase revenue by educating sellers on expanded WFS services (WPC, Walmart Imports, MCS) and managing direct engagement strategies. Influence onboarding priorities, analytics reporting, and incentive design to accelerate seller activation and performance. Deep understanding of seller economics and Walmart economics to structure mutually beneficial value propositions. Ability to translate data insights into reporting frameworks, incentive programs, and operational improvements. Demonstrated adaptability, problem-solving, and execution in scaling complex programs.

Requirements

  • Experience leading sales or onboarding teams with measurable revenue and funnel performance outcomes.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership across Marketing, BD, Product, Finance, and Analytics.
  • Deep understanding of seller economics and Walmart economics to structure mutually beneficial value propositions.
  • Ability to translate data insights into reporting frameworks, incentive programs, and operational improvements.
  • Demonstrated adaptability, problem-solving, and execution in scaling complex programs.
  • 5 years’ experience in channel partnerships, business management, product marketing, omni-channel merchandising, or related area.
  • Prior work experience in eCommerce.
