Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5-8+ years of communications experience, internal comms background a plus.

• A self-starter with the ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously in a fluid environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic communications campaigns to support business priorities of the Global Diversity & Inclusion Office, focused on Associate Business Resource Groups.
• Leverage internal communications channels and live events to deliver communications such as speaking points, presentations, content for intranet and audience messaging.
• Build strong relationships across the company.
• Partner closely with communications colleagues in Fidelity's regional and external communications and Associate Business Resource Groups.
