Implementation is an essential differentiator for Rippling and a critical time in the customer journey. We are looking for a Sr. Manager, IT Implementations to lead a team of 17+ members and drive the successful delivery of IT solutions across Rippling's client base. This leader will oversee end-to-end IT onboarding and deployments, including device management (MDM), application provisioning, identity management, and systems integrations. You'll partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to refine processes, enhance client experiences, and ensure that Rippling delivers scalable, world-class implementations. The ideal candidate for this role has a track record of managing high-performing implementation teams, building processes and systems, driving operational rigor, implementing IT products (specifically- Apps, MDM, Okta, Azure), and a passion for operational excellence and customer impact. They must also handle ambiguity, unstructured situations, and scale while leading a team with high standards.
