The Senior Manager, Identity and Access Management (IDAM) is a key leader in the organization, responsible for designing and overseeing a comprehensive IAM strategy that safeguards critical systems, data, and applications. This role will oversee a team of IDAM professionals executing processes and initiatives that ensure only authorized users and devices have appropriate access to the organization's resources, while enhancing operational efficiency through automation and streamlined processes. The Senior Manager will also oversee the IDAM Engineering team, driving the implementation of best-in-class technologies, such as multi-factor authentication (MFA), single sign-on (SSO), identity governance and administration (IGA), and privileged access management (PAM), ensuring secure access for employees, contractors, customers, and vendors across global operations. As a strategic partner to both IT and business units, the Senior Manager will align IDAM initiatives with the organization's broader security and compliance goals, playing a pivotal role in meeting regulatory requirements such as SOX, GDPR, and other international cyber security standards and frameworks such as the NIST Cyber Security Framework (CSF). The individual in this role will proactively identify and address vulnerabilities within the IDAM landscape, continuously improving the organization's security posture while balancing user convenience and security. This role also involves developing and enforcing IDAM governance frameworks, policies, and procedures, ensuring that identity and access management aligns with evolving business objectives and mitigates risks posed by emerging threats. The Senior Manager will lead a high-performing IDAM team, fostering collaboration across departments, and working closely with executive leadership to deliver secure and scalable access solutions. The position demands a forward-thinking leader who can navigate the rapidly changing IAM ecosystem while ensuring robust protection of the organization's most valuable assets.

  • Expertise in SAP Security Role Design and Access Structuring.
  • Provide visionary leadership for the Identity and Access Management team.
  • Lead the IAM function within the broader cybersecurity organization.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of a global IDAM governance framework.
  • Establish and enforce governance for third-party vendor access to corporate systems.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive reporting framework for IDAM Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with global IDAM technology vendors.
  • Serve as the primary advisor to executive leadership on IDAM strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in identity and access management, cybersecurity, or related areas, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Experience leading global IDAM programs with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements such as SOX, GDPR, and PCI.
  • Experience managing third-party vendor relationships and evaluating IDAM solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide strategic leadership for cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record of recruiting, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Possession of relevant professional certifications such as CISA, CISM, CRISC, or CISSP.
  • Strong understanding of IDAM technologies such as identity governance, multi-factor authentication (MFA), single sign-on (SSO), and privileged access management (PAM).
  • Experience with IDAM platforms like Okta, SailPoint, Microsoft Azure AD, and similar solutions.
  • Ability to design, implement, and manage complex identity lifecycle management processes across global environments.
  • Strong vendor management skills, with experience negotiating and managing contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) for IDAM solutions.
