This role serves as the strategic Human Resources Business Partner to senior leaders across Corporate Functions, including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, Legal, HR, and Aviation. Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, this position supports a client group of approximately 500 employees across two corporate offices and multiple field locations. As a key member of the Business HR leadership team, this leader plays a critical role in shaping organizational strategy, workforce capability, and culture across corporate functions. The role blends strategic influence with hands‑on execution, partnering closely with leaders to align people strategies with business priorities and drive organizational performance. This leader is also responsible for building, leading, and developing a high‑performing Corporate Functions HR team, while modeling strong enterprise leadership, sound judgment, and proactive problem‑solving.
