Job Summary: The Senior Manager, HRIS & People Analytics is a hands-on HRIS leader responsible for delivering the company’s HRIS transition and supporting ongoing system operations and analytics. This role oversees system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and reporting, while partnering with HR, IT, Finance, and external service partners to ensure successful implementation and long-term effectiveness. The role also owns day-to-day HRIS operations, maintenance, continuous improvement, and system scalability to support the company’s evolving business needs.
