The position involves leading a significant sub-function of the global HR technology organization operations. The role requires managing teams of Business Analysts and Project Managers to implement global business solutions, establishing scalable processes to drive operational excellence, and continuously improving the function. Responsibilities also include managing resources, capacity planning, and budgets, as well as partnering with managers and executives throughout the HR organization to understand their roadmaps and technology requirements. The individual will be responsible for establishing SOWs, procuring resources, and managing vendors to execute on projects and services. Additionally, the role involves managing project intake, prioritization, and delivery processes for all CIP projects and technology requests, while building, leading, developing, and inspiring teams of senior-level HR technology professionals.
