About The Position

The position involves providing strategic HR support to the Optical Solutions business unit, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Responsibilities include workforce planning, collaborating with leadership teams, and implementing HR programs that enhance workforce capability and engagement. The role also focuses on talent management, employee relations, performance management, and compliance, while fostering a high-performance culture aligned with company values.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree at a minimum; Master’s preferred in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines.
  • PHR/SPHR or HRCI certification preferred.
  • Proven working knowledge of HR disciplines including compensation strategy and talent acquisition.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred.
  • Strong capability in data analytics and HR metrics interpretation.
  • Exceptional consultative, interpersonal, and influencing skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with HRIS software systems (Oracle Fusion a plus).
  • Demonstrated ability to apply continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain an effective level of business literacy about the business unit's financial position, plans, culture, and competition.
  • Serve as the primary strategic partner to the Optical Solutions business.
  • Collaborate with leadership teams to streamline expectations and optimize HR strategies.
  • Align business objectives with employee and management needs.
  • Partner with HRBPs and COEs to build and implement strategic HR programs.
  • Lead strategic workforce planning efforts to identify talent gaps and succession risks.
  • Drive organizational design and development for improved agility and collaboration.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on people strategy and culture transformation.
  • Champion change management initiatives.
  • Leverage HR analytics to deliver data-driven insights.
  • Shape and sustain a high-performance culture.
  • Consult and support management to build high-performing teams.
  • Support talent strategies for attracting and retaining key talent.
  • Participate in employee succession planning processes.
  • Provide leadership coaching.
  • Utilize workforce data to identify trends and recommend interventions.
  • Monitor key HR KPIs and present insights to leadership.
  • Enhance work relationships and employee morale.
  • Manage and resolve employee relations issues.
  • Support full-cycle talent acquisition processes.
  • Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding programs.
  • Oversee performance management cycles and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Provide guidance and support to Site HRBP and other HR partners.
