About The Position

Additionally, the role requires formulating HR operational excellence practices that deliver value-added services to management and employees, ensuring that these practices reflect the business objectives of the organization effectively and efficiently. The candidate will also lead, implement, and improve processes and policies related to HR transformation, driving changes and continuously seeking new opportunities to digitalize and streamline HR processes.
