About The Position

As a Senior Manager, HR Business Partner you will be a strategic partner to business leaders, driving HR projects that support organizational goals and foster a culture. You will collaborate with teams to create solutions in talent management, workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational development. You will report to the Senior Director, HR Business Partner and be located at our Cranberry Township, PA location. This is a hybrid role.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience
  • Track record as a strategic HR partner in a complex, matrixed, global organization.
  • Expertise in talent management, organizational development, and change leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with our goals.
  • Provide insights on organizational design, talent planning, and workforce optimization.
  • Develop a team of HR Business Partners to ensure delivery of HR programs.
  • Coach managers on leadership effectiveness and employee relations.
  • Drive succession planning, performance management, and career development projects.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to ensure pipelines for critical roles.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion programs.
  • Monitor engagement metrics and implement strategies to improve organizational health.
  • Support organizational transformation initiatives, including restructuring and process improvements.
  • Develop communication plans to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
  • Address complex employee relations issues and mitigate risk.
