Contributes to the overall success of Global Banking and Markets ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team's business strategies and objectives. Will be the aligned Human Resources Business Partner for the Global Capital Markets (GCM) and Chief Operating Office (COO) business units. Ensures all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures. As a strategic advisor to business leaders, the Senior Manager, HRBP leads the people strategy and maximizes talent investment, championing enterprise-wide HR initiatives. With a deep understanding of business drivers and the internal and external talent landscape, they ensure the right talent mix and succession plans are in place. Through close collaboration with business leaders and Centers of Excellence (COEs), they align HR strategies with business objectives, proactively managing human capital risks and potential reputational challenges.
