EisnerAmper is seeking a Senior Manager for our Health Care Consulting Group to be based near Joplin, Missouri . In this role, you will focus on client service projects pertaining to Hospitals and Medical Centers, Physician Practices and Networks, Government Entities, and Accountable Care Organizations. In addition, you will be responsible for the oversight and execution of large, multi-faceted client projects and/or multiple projects simultaneously. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Administration, or related field is required
  • 5+ years in a management or supervisory role
  • 8+ years of related and progressive health care management consulting or health care financial and operations experience
  • Revenue Cycle Management experience is required

Responsibilities

  • Performs hands-on Revenue Cycle operational improvement and transformation initiatives, including cash acceleration, front-end through back-end workflow redesign, performance stabilization, technology optimization, and vendor oversight, with demonstrated success improving reimbursement, reducing denials, decreasing days in A/R, and increasing net collections.
  • Serves as an on-site, client-facing engagement lead, owning day-to-day execution and partnering closely with client leadership while directing EisnerAmper staff and third-party vendors to drive operational alignment, issue resolution, and sustained performance improvement.
  • Utilizes data analytics and operational reporting to diagnose issues, prioritize work, track performance, and quantify financial impact; oversees development of executive updates, dashboards, and performance improvement plans.
  • Support and execute consulting engagements including all aspects of client work, such as Research, Data Requests & Collection, Analysis and Financial Modeling, and participation in client follow-ups and management.
  • Plan and prepare deliverable reports for review and presentation to firm and client leadership
  • Perform required analysis to understand current and potential opportunities in client performance based on specific key performance indicators (ex. wRVU productivity, admissions, charge, collections, denials, AR, etc.)
  • Conduct benchmarking analysis using national data sets and internal proprietary data and develop and implement new procedures to improve the quality and quantity of work processed
  • Acts as a trusted advisor to executive and operational stakeholders, translating complex operational and system challenges into actionable solutions and supporting change management efforts.
  • Works with EisnerAmper leadership and client executives to define engagement scope, success metrics, and financial targets; develops and executes project plans, prioritizes initiatives, manages resources and timelines, and maintains accountability for results.
  • Supports client service and business development activities, including identifying expansion opportunities, relationship development, proposal support, presentations, and contract negotiations.
  • Builds and maintains a growth pipeline, gathers referrals, and maintains extensive knowledge of the firm’s service offerings, revenue cycle market trends, and operational best practices.
  • Reports engagement status, risks, issues, and opportunities to EisnerAmper Advisory leadership and proactively drives resolution.
  • May be required to work extended hours and travel to or work on-site at client locations.
