Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• Bachelor's degree in a Technical Field.
• 16+ years of relevant experience across multiple operating sites.
• Minimum of 5 years in people leadership roles.
• Extensive understanding of Health and Safety, Process Safety, Environmental, and Emergency Response fields.
• Proven leadership and management skills.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and develop the capabilities of site HSE staff.
• Provide functional leadership to ensure effective HSE programs.
• Lead identification and execution of HSE performance improvement opportunities.
• Ensure HSE compliance management systems are in place and effective.
• Serve as COIMS champion and functional owner of assigned elements.
• Develop and maintain HSE Opex/Capex plans and budgets.
• Support Corporate or Business HSE Initiatives.
• Lead responses to regulatory inspections and enforcement actions.
• Coordinate Risk Management practices at the site.
