About The Position
The Senior Manager role on the Health Plan Adherence Solutions team under the Retail Pharmacy Growth organization will be part of a cross-functional group focused on the development, enhancement, and management of adherence products that can be packaged and sold to Health Plans as ways to improve and maintain their Adherence Stars ratings and bring in revenue to Retail Pharmacy. This team leads the opportunity identification, business case development, testing and incubation, scaled product management, and P&L management of the capabilities launched. Specifically, the Senior Manager will be leading a team through managing our existing medication adherence products, enhancing these products to improve efficacy, and scaling up previously tested concepts.
