About The Position

The Sr. Manager, Go-to-Market Operations owns the operational coordination behind the Agent Business Growth team’s Home Platform launch workstreams, supporting delivery to a network of 300,000+ real estate professionals. This role ensures launch plans are executed with rigor, clarity, and consistency across key moments and cross-brand initiatives. This is a highly operational, detail-driven role for someone who thrives as an air traffic controller. You will bring structure, clarity, and rigor to complex, multi-brand launches by owning the GTM task tracker, to-do list, and key moments calendar, defining readiness standards, tracking risks and dependencies, and keeping teams aligned and accountable. You’ll work as a fly-on-the-wall across the Agent Business Growth Team’s day to day—capturing decisions, logging next steps, flagging risks early, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in GTM operations, marketing operations, program management, or a highly operational or project management role
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills with extreme attention to detail
  • Advanced expertise in Google Sheets (tracking, formulas, dashboards, structured workflows)
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional workstreams and keep teams aligned and on schedule
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly document decisions and next steps
  • Natural collaborator who builds trust quickly and works effectively across a highly matrixed organization
  • Comfort operating as a behind-the-scenes driver while influencing outcomes without formal authority
  • Process-oriented, systems thinker who enjoys building structure and repeatability
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in enterprise platforms, real estate, or multi-brand organizations is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain the master GTM task tracker and calendar for the Home Platform launch to a 300K+ agent network
  • Define and standardize GTM processes, templates, and ways of working
  • Establish clear launch criteria, checkpoints, and go/no-go standards
  • Track cross-brand execution risks, dependencies, and resourcing constraints
  • Review, pressure-test, and influence launch plans across brands to ensure alignment, feasibility, and on-time delivery
  • Act as the Agent Business Growth team’s point of coordination to keep launches moving forward and teams on task
  • Attend key GTM, platform, and cross-functional meetings to log decisions, action items, owners, timelines, risks, and dependencies
  • Proactively flag issues before they become blockers and recommend paths forward
  • Keep stakeholders aligned with clear documentation, follow-ups, and status updates
  • Own GTM and channel performance reporting in partnership with Insights
  • Partner closely with M&A team to provide and maintain GTM inputs into the master platform adoption tracker
  • Identify patterns, gaps, and opportunities to improve execution quality and speed
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce friction, and improve GTM execution over time
  • Apply a continuous improvement mindset to how launches are planned, tracked, and executed
