We are seeking a highly capable, relationship driven Senior Manager of Field Readiness to lead readiness strategy and execution for both in market offer innovations and new product launches. This role requires someone who is scrappy yet polished, demonstrates strong executive presence, and brings a naturally curious, analytical, and highly professional approach to problem solving. This leader will partner across Product, Sales, Marketing, Technical Sales, Enablement, and broader GTM teams to ensure the field is fully prepared to sell, position, and demo new and evolving offers. Success in this role requires exceptional cross functional influence, the ability to create clarity where none exists, and a passion for building scalable frameworks that bring order, alignment, and execution excellence to complex launch environments.
