About The Position

The Senior Manager, GTM Calendar and Process reports to the VPGM GTM Strategy & Global Operating Model and is responsible for the overall operational excellence of Kontoor's Go-To-Market process from calendared Strategic Direction (day 0) through Line Freeze and SMS Creation to enable the commercial front-end business strategy. This role leads Kontoor's Go-To-Market (GTM) calendar creation and maintenance for Wrangler and Lee brands with competitive speed and efficiency. This role enforces our Kontoor Global Ways of Workings across product teams and assists in supporting and managing process mapping, roles and responsibility clarity as well as driving continuous improvement initiatives that are integrated across all Kontoor LBUs. This role advances information transparency and data integrity that supports process adherence, performance tracking and, continuous improvement efforts across a broad cross-functional team of stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Project Management or Fashion Merchandising a plus.
  • Extensive Apparel experience with knowledge in Operations/Project management, GTM calendar management and product lifecycle processes/systems.
  • Ability to manage non-direct reporting teams effectively through RACI/Influence; excellent conflict management capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees timely creation of all seasonal go-to-market (GTM) calendars.
  • Ensures cross-functional alignment on milestone cadence and clear objectives whilst hindsighting to drive competitive speed and efficiency.
  • Enforces process and RACI mapping and identifying business opportunities and challenges.
  • Lead continuous efficiency enhancements by driving process improvements, standardizing effective tools and system optimization through ongoing assessment, feedback solicitation and change management.
  • Schedules milestone meetings (HOLD THE DATES) to facilitate cross-functional partner adherence to calendar.
  • Manages continuous improvement process (utilizing calendar performance metrics and other KPIs) to identify opportunities to drive speed/efficiency/quality across ONE Kontoor Way of Working.
