Partner with Marketing leadership to bring data-driven analysis, financial rigor, and structured thinking to our highest-priority GTM initiatives. You’ll get your hands dirty operationally, digging into tough problems, identifying solutions, and building action plans to drive the business forward.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in strategy, management consulting, finance, or P&L ownership.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and financial impact.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with a track record of delivering results across complex initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including experience preparing executive-level materials and reporting.
  • Proven ability to influence and build relationships across senior stakeholders, particularly Finance, BI, and Marketing leadership.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic projects including business planning, new launches, budget & P&L management, competitive intel, and commercial reporting.
  • Work closely with Finance and BI teams to integrate financial and operational data into a clear view of business performance.
  • Aggregate and synthesize performance across the business, ensuring leadership has a holistic and accurate view of results.
  • Maintain and improve our cadence of regular reporting, ensuring stakeholders at all levels have timely insights that drive decision-making.
  • Help communicate our commercial strategy and GTM plans within Marketing and to senior leadership to drive cross-functional alignment.
