About The Position
The mission of Newell Brands' Corporate Real Estate team is to partner with our internal customers to develop and deliver progressive real estate, facilities, and workplace services solutions that create value by supporting growth and driving out costs. The purpose of this role is to provide leadership and management in Workplace Services at Newell offices around the world. The role is charged with the day-to-day supervision of regional Workplace Services leads, implementation of policies, procedures, programs and workplace services delivery that provides well-managed and well-maintained office spaces consistently, and a productive and engaging environment for employees. An emphasis of this role is placed on a positive response to the concerns and needs of the employees, environmental, health and safety, and quality programs, in coordination with Newell's corporate goals and objectives. This role will coordinate the activities, financials, vendors and manpower required for current and future needs of the organization and works in partnership with the rest of the Corporate Real Estate team.
