About The Position
The Senior Manager, Global UXUI Experience Design - Design Ops at Universal Orlando Resort is responsible for leading the Global UXUI Experience Design team. This role focuses on enhancing guest and team member experience strategies to improve the overall guest experience across Universal Destinations & Experiences.
