About The Position
As a Senior Manager in Global Supply Planning at L'Oréal, you will be an influencer in the organization, working directly with the head of marketing, development, affiliates planning team, and factory to provide a strategic plan on market needs that fosters business growth and profitability. You will be responsible for Worldwide Service Levels, Product Stock Equation (production plan and inventory), and ensuring timely global supply for the brand. This role requires an understanding of worldwide animation and business needs while collaborating with the factory to adjust planning strategies. Management of launches involves coordinating availabilities, optimizing service levels, and inventory objectives, as well as handling sensitive communication with the Brand's Teams. You will also work directly with plants to drive agility projects to increase reactivity to market demand and manage excess and obsolete inventory targets, SKU productivity, and maintain high accuracy for master data while executing supply chain improvement projects.
