About The Position

We are seeking a strategic and collaborative Senior Manager, Global Strategic Marketing – Consumables to join our global marketing team. This role is responsible for leading the development and execution of Hydrafacial’s consumables product portfolio, from concept through commercialization and lifecycle management. The ideal candidate is a cross-functional leader with a passion for innovation, storytelling, and delivering results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in brand, creative, content marketing and communications with a focus on consumer marketing.
  • 5+ years of product development and marketing experience.
  • A strong leader and team player with ability to work along, lead and influence others towards common goals.
  • Strong leadership skills with excellent communication skills.
  • Strategic mindset, with ability to make difficult decisions.
  • BS degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

  • Bilingual in Spanish or French.

Responsibilities

  • Lead global product development and portfolio strategy for consumables, optimizing pricing, margin, and product mix to drive growth.
  • Manage new product launches from ideation through execution—partnering with NPD, Operations, Regulatory, Creative, and Sales to deliver on time, on budget, and on strategy.
  • Evaluate market opportunities and competitive landscape to develop differentiated product concepts and compelling value propositions.
  • Create and manage Target Product Profiles, packaging, and claims in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
  • Serve as the marketing lead for phase-in/phase-out activities, ensuring clear communication and alignment across teams.
  • Develop global marketing assets including packaging artwork, key visuals, toolkits, website copy, and claims.
  • Support local market execution by delivering clear, insight-driven communication strategies and toolkits.
  • Drive consistent brand voice and storytelling across all marketing touchpoints.
  • Leverage consumer and provider insights to shape product positioning and marketing plans.
  • Monitor brand health, campaign performance, and competitive trends—translating insights into action.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in product marketing planning.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
