Responsibilities Position Responsibilities: Define and execute the global cybersecurity design and engineering strategy in alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements Oversee the design and implementation of secure infrastructure, applications, cloud environments, security patching and remediation of vulnerabilities Lead the development of secure-by-design principles across Security, Information Technology, Operational Technology, and product engineering Evaluate, select, and implement cybersecurity technologies that align with enterprise goals Champion automation, AI/ML-based cybersecurity technologies that align with enterprise goals Ensure consistent cybersecurity engineering standards and practices across the organization Other projects or duties as assigned Qualifications Required Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in technology discipline, such as Computer Information Technology, Engineering, or Computer Science, and 8 plus years in the IT industry including IT operations, technical support, engineering with 4 plus years of management experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma and 11 plus years working experience in IT with 5 plus years of management experience. Solid knowledge of ITIL practices and demonstrated experience in increasing ITIL capability. Proficiency or working knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and methodologies such as NIST and ISO. Preferred Education and Experience: Master's Degree Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP-ISSMP). Certified Security Analyst (CSA). Certified Incident Handler v2 (ECIH). Certified Computer Security Incident Handler (CSIH). Certified Expert Incident Manager (CEIM). AWS, Azure, Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP).
