Responsible for developing and executing strategies for inside sales, sales support, and customer centricity. Supporting the global inside sales and sales team to operationalize processes and ensure both internal and external requirements are met with regards to commercial activities. Serve as the main point of contact globally for various Rio Tinto Lithium functions and the commercial team to deliver on requests related to audit, revenue recognition, customer agreements, financial processes, IT processes, and liaison with various operations functions such as shipping and quality. Will provide leadership to global inside sales and sales team to drive closer customer relationships and communication across the entire customer experience.
