The Global People Compliance team is a strategic center of excellence committed to safeguarding the organization's integrity and enabling sustainable growth. We design the frameworks that foster a fair, ethical, and legally compliant workplace worldwide. We operate as a strategic function within the People & Culture organization. We’re looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Global People Compliance to join our Global People Compliance Team. You will design and manage global compliance frameworks and drive high-impact special projects. You will support Zscaler’s compliance maturity and global expansion by partnering closely with HR Operations to ensure compliance requirements are successfully operationalized and scaled. Reporting to the Head of People Compliance & Extended Workforce, you'll be based in Bellevue, WA (with in-office work Wednesday through Thursday) or remote in the US and be responsible for:
