This role is responsible in partnering to support continuous and process improvement for Payroll Services. This role will partner not only with the Payroll Services area, but with multiple business partners on a daily basis. The Enterprise People Technology team supports the successful deployment and adoption of new People technology across the enterprise. Requirements

  • Process Improvement experience
  • Payroll operational experience
  • Project Management experience
  • SAP Payroll knowledge (preferred)
  • Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally to achieve enterprise objectives and day-to-day excellence.

  • Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, information technology, or related area.
  • Experience in business, human resources, information technology, or related area.
  • Using advanced functionality of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with internal Payroll Services teams to strategize for day-to-day excellence, as well as continuous improvement.
  • Engage and collaborate with external Business Partners to strategize process improvement initiatives.
  • Support our current Payroll system modernization enterprise project through process improvement.
