We are looking for a Senior Manager, Marketing Operations who can serve as our in-house expert and “chief problem solver,” reporting directly to the Senior Director of Marketing Operations & Digital Marketing. This pivotal role will steer complex, cross-functional initiatives, manage one direct report, and be adept at translating data into meaningful insights and orchestrating cross-functional initiatives that drive pipeline growth and revenue. The ideal candidate is proactive, results-oriented, and thrives on identifying opportunities to elevate our processes and systems—without being asked. They are typically extroverted, enjoy collaborating across departments, and bring fresh ideas to the table that make us better every day.

  • Develop and execute scalable processes that foster continuous improvement, proactively identifying new strategies to optimize performance.
  • Lead cross-functional rollouts and major initiatives involving Marketing, Sales, Product, and IT, ensuring alignment with broader company objectives.
  • Drive organizational change within marketing programs and the tech stack, effectively collaborating with stakeholders to ensure buy-in and adoption.
  • Own the end-to-end administration and enhancement of Marketo, and Demandbase, ensuring seamless data flow and accurate reporting.
  • Drive Salesforce optimizations for lead flow, data, and MarTech integrations.
  • Spearhead complex projects from ideation to execution, establishing clear timelines, milestones, and success metrics.
  • Identify and implement system improvements, new technologies, or integrations that streamline workflows and maximize our tech stack ROI.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and IT teams to ensure cross-functional alignment on data integrity and system performance.
  • Dive deep into marketing and sales data to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights that directly impact pipeline creation and acceleration.
  • Develop dashboards and reports that give stakeholders a clear view of marketing effectiveness, campaign ROI, and funnel performance.
  • Present complex analyses in a concise, relevant way to executive leadership, recommending tangible steps for improvement.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop one direct report, fostering a growth-oriented environment that empowers creative problem-solving and continuous learning.
  • Foster a results-driven culture that encourages experimentation, learning, and proactive problem-solving.
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Finance teams to drive cross-functional initiatives—from lead scoring models to advanced nurturing programs.
  • Champion a culture of collaboration, open communication, and knowledge sharing across the organization.
  • Build and refine scalable processes for lead management, campaign execution, and data governance.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and other data privacy regulations, maintaining high standards for data hygiene and security.
  • Proactively identify and resolve operational bottlenecks to keep marketing programs running smoothly.
  • Proven track record of hands-on administration and optimization of Salesforce, Marketo, and Demandbase in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Exceptional cross-functional communication skills; comfortable presenting insights and recommendations to executive leadership.
  • Experience managing direct reports or junior team members, with a commitment to fostering professional development and a positive team culture.
  • Adept at diagnosing systemic issues and implementing creative, scalable solutions that deliver measurable impact.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets, identify patterns, and translate those findings into actionable strategies that drive pipeline and revenue.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related technology field (advanced degree a plus).
  • 7+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, with at least 1 year of people management responsibilities.
