About The Position

As the Senior Manager of Global Marketing for Kiehl's at L'Oreal USA, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing innovative marketing strategies that elevate the Kiehl's brand on a global scale. You will spearhead product creation and support, working closely with cross-functional teams from ideation through to launch. Your responsibilities will include ensuring project feasibility and profitability while maintaining alignment with the brand's DNA. You will also manage the legal aspects of product launches, including naming and claims validation, ensuring that all marketing efforts comply with industry standards. Activation orchestration will be a key focus, as you craft seamless and engaging customer journeys for each product and campaign. You will lead the development of impactful marketing assets across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media. Managing agency partnerships will be crucial, as you ensure that briefs are clear and deliverables meet the highest standards. Additionally, you will develop comprehensive marketing toolkits and materials to support global markets. Your role will also encompass project management and collaboration, overseeing the entire process from concept development to post-launch analysis. You will manage budget allocations in collaboration with the finance team and partner closely with global zones and markets to understand local nuances and performance. Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Product Development, Retail, Creative, and Digital, will be essential to your success in this position.
