About The Position

This role requires relocation to Bentonville, AR. Relocation support is available if you meet the requirements. The Senior Manager, Global Investigations - Marketplace Investigations, will lead investigations focused on identifying counterfeit/stolen products sold online, the use of proactive analytics to review potential risks in the marketplace environment, and proactively examining other potential e-commerce criminal activity. Additionally, this individual will mitigate known risks by providing solutions and process refinements and support where necessary investigations on our cyber team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, Political Science, or related field and 4 years investigative experience in casework/management, auditing, security, or related field OR 6 years investigative experience in casework/management, auditing, security, or related field.
  • Experience effectively using Excel, BigQuery, and a variety of analytical tools in an investigative capacity.
  • Experience in cyber investigations and/or e-commerce investigative methodologies.
  • Experience in overseeing investigations that prioritize stolen or counterfeit investigations.
  • Proven track record in conducting online investigations to identify, isolate and prosecute large scale fraud schemes.
  • Exceptional written communication skills and the ability to present complex technical information to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex cases while achieving results.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and a self-starter.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct complex investigations, receiving and assigning allegations from a variety of channels.
  • Develop investigative theory and use specialized techniques to gather and evaluate evidence.
  • Conduct and direct interviews of direct and indirect witnesses and present findings to business unit and law enforcement agencies.
  • Identify vulnerabilities and recommend process refinements.
  • Prepare investigative findings in a comprehensive, coherent and proficient report.
  • Prepare reports and evidence to meet legal and regulatory requirements for presentations.
  • Develop and lead internal and external liaison responsibilities.
  • Identify, relay, and communicate potential threats, vulnerabilities and risks across multiple disciplines.
  • Research relevant customer, industry, and technical matters and document findings.
  • Train customers on key issues and analyze data for complex current and future trends.
  • Plan and execute proactive strategy for Investigations.
  • Utilize and analyze electronic media to identify potential risk trends.
  • Develop and leverage internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals.
