About The Position

Meaningful Work From Day One: Deliver cross-portfolio initiatives that unite insights and performance capabilities to drive business growth. Partner with Insights & Performance leadership to architect enterprise-wide programs including brand health monitoring, consumer segmentation, executive dashboards, and media investment frameworks. A core focus is leading adoption of data-driven media audience applications, leveraging our tech stack —owning the roadmap, building capabilities, and driving organizational readiness. This role requires a strategic leader who can leverage the global team, synthesize complex data into actionable guidance, and bridge insights with media performance.

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years in insights, analytics, or media strategy with progression to strategic leadership roles
  • Deep expertise in identity resolution, clean room, audience development, and addressable media ecosystems
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional, enterprise-wide initiatives and influence senior stakeholders
  • Strong analytical foundation with ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations
  • Experience with change management and capability building in technology adoption
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable with C-suite audiences
  • Track record building frameworks, dashboards, and reporting systems that drive decision-making
  • Collaborative leadership style with ability to leverage global, matrixed teams

Responsibilities

  • Support Adoption of Key Insights & Performance Global Programs
  • Lead the global brand health monitor program, ensure metrics are set up effectively to deliver for the Insights & Performance Leadership Team and local markets to improve decision-making and increase adoption and usage.
  • Support Consumer Demand Segmentation translation to media audiences workstream, identifying connections to other Performance intelligence systems.
  • Coordinate the global Insights & Performance team to deliver enterprise-wide programs with consistent methodologies and scalable solutions
  • Data Driven Audience Strategy & Clean Room Adoption Define and drive the data driven media audience roadmap, from foundational identity resolution through advanced audience activation.
  • Support the adoption of addressable audience strategies to activate high-value segments that improve media performance across the portfolio.
  • Establish the operational infrastructure, processes, and tools to extract maximum value from our tech stack.
  • Define the analytics roadmap for the clean room platform capabilities, sequencing measurement approaches, reporting frameworks, and performance insights.
  • Lead internal communications and stakeholder engagement to drive adoption, ensuring teams understand capabilities, use cases, and best practices.
  • Architect the Test & Learn approach to deliver ROI and elevate the role of the platform.
  • Performance Growth Analytics Design executive dashboards that connect data sources to identify growth opportunities, enable predictive analytics, and demonstrate links between brand metrics and business outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities where integrated insights and performance approaches drive superior business outcomes.
