The Senior Manager of Global E-Commerce plays a pivotal role in leading and executing Ruffwear’s global online sales strategies and owns the digital consumer experience. This player/coach role is responsible for profitable growth in this channel, optimizing the site experience, and building a sound customer retention model. This role will curate a regionally focused, premium content journey across Ruffwear’s global websites, leveraging our seasonal campaign assets. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, this position will collaborate across the organization using a strong blend of strategic thinking, analytical acumen, and leadership skills to optimize Ruffwear’s e-commerce funnel - from acquisition and retention to conversion.
