The Global Delivery Capabilities - Senior Manager will play a critical role in designing and operationalizing the global delivery workforce model for Edward Jones. This role partners with functional leaders and sourcing to develop scalable, cost-effective, and strategic workforce solutions across onshore, nearshore, and offshore locations with our strategic partners. The individual will ensure alignment between delivery models and enterprise strategy, supporting service design, sourcing alignment, and performance optimization. This position is ideal for a strategic thinker with consulting or operating model design experience who can translate business needs into practical, sustainable workforce strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 6-10 Years experience
  • Deep understanding of global workforce and operating model design
  • Strong consulting background, with exposure to functional and enterprise-level delivery strategy
  • Familiarity with sourcing strategies, contract management, and vendor governance
  • Experience with workforce transformation in offshore/nearshore contexts, ideally including India
  • Knowledge of functional operations such as Digital, Data, Compliance, Finance, and HR
  • Candidates that live within in a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office three days per week, with preference for Tuesday through Thursday

Responsibilities

  • Define and continuously refine Edward Jones' global workforce delivery model in collaboration with functional leaders
  • Develop tailored workforce strategies for each major function, ensuring alignment to delivery goals and enterprise transformation objectives
  • Partner with Sourcing to co-design offshore vendor contract frameworks that support functional strategies and enable flexible, scalable service delivery
  • Drive alignment between workforce model design and firm-wide strategic objectives, balancing experience, operational effectiveness and cost-efficiency
  • Monitor the performance and maturity of delivery models, recommending adjustments and scaling strategies as required
  • Act as a subject matter expert and internal advisor on global workforce delivery trends, risks, and opportunities
