This role is crucial in aligning our total rewards framework with our business objectives, ensuring we attract, retain, and motivate top talent in the competitive technology sector. By leveraging data-driven insights and industry best practices, this position will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce strategy for sustained growth. This role will partner with leaders throughout the business, with an emphasis on cross-functional collaborations with our Finance team.
