The role partners closely with People Solutions to operationalize and optimize benefits programs, ensuring seamless execution, enrollment accuracy, compliance, and high‑quality service delivery. The Leader drives continuous improvement, automation, and digital enablement across global benefits operations while managing vendor relationships, risk, and governance.
